 LA VIRGINIA,LIPA BATANGAS

It’s sure going to be another not-so-ordinary summer experience this weekend for me, as I will spend another moment in an unusual place for a resort. Or at least to me it is. It’s gonna be my first time to the place and I don’t know much about it but I assume the place is at the mountain or hill top. Not sure about it but the picture likely says so. So my job this weekend is to know more about La Virginia Resort and share my experience to my lovely readers. All I know for now is that it’s one of the many resorts in Batangas.
And I also think something that could make it even ‘not-so-ordinary-summer’. I think it’s gonna rain on weekend but I hope I could still enjoy it. Unless there’s a storm, I will be there for sure.

Let you enjoy the place through this pictures...

The Hotel

Very clean and well maintained facilities, lots of flora and fauna...

Kids as well adults will surely love this place...

SAN JUAN BATANGAS, BLUE CORAL RESORT

This beach resort is 3 hours drive from Manila. Located on the coast of Sigayan Bay at the southeastern tip of Batangas. Dropped at Blue Coral Resort in Laiya, San Juan.
The beach is splendid, all covered with white sand. Seawater is limpid; one can see the bottom of the sea. Although a bit rocky, the rocks are not that sharp to hurt your feet. The calm water makes it ideal place for a good swim at the beach.
Swimming facilities like an adult and kiddy pool are on hand. This is especially good if you have children
who are afraid to swim in the beach. This is why my youngest daughter Angel prefers swimming in the pool. Pools are clean and well maintained with warm or heated water.
Besides swimming, water sports facilities like kayak, banana boat and boat touring are obtainable for a rate. One can hire a jet ski, if the guest would like to discover the beautiful white sand beaches of Laiya and Hugom in San Juan.

MAHABANG BUHANGIN BEACH,
SAN JUAN BATANGAS

Located in the town of San Juan, the area has white sand and a living colony of corals. It lies in a cave that is a prerequisite for a fine beach. A cave nearby adds to the attraction of the beach.

The city has 2 waterfalls, the Tingga and Ilijan Falls which flow year round in a beautiful pastoral setting. Just like the other potential resorts in the city, these fail to attract tourists because these places have not yet been developed. Additionally, the slopes of Mt. Banoy and Matoco Point provide a panoramic view of the city and the Batangas Bay respectively.
How to get there: San Juan town is about 45 kilometers from Batangas City. A bus company (Supreme Bus Co.) offers services from Batangas City to San Juan. Another alternative is via the town of Candelaria in Quezon Province. Upon reaching the town of Candelaria in Quezon Province.
